Dinamo Zagreb’s Croatian international Domagoj Vida has been fined 100,000 euros by his club’s officials after he opened a bottle of beer on the team bus.
Vida was travelling to Istria for a cup tie by bus with his Dinamo Zagreb team-mates on Monday night when he was spotted by head coach Ante Cacic opening a bottle of beer. A furious Cacic stopped the bus and ordered the 24-year-old from it.
Dinamo’s board did not waste anytime handing down a 100,000 euros fine to the defender. Dinamo went on to comfortably win Tuesday’s cup tie against Vrsar.
