120 Croatian solar-powered smart benches to be placed in France & Slovenia

27 March 2019 – More global expansion for Croatian solar-powered smart bench manufacturers Include with news that over 120 benches will be places in Slovenia and France.
The Solin-based company, founded by 23-year-old Croatian entrepreneur Ivan Mrvoš, announced this week that the company has signed exclusive agreements with partners in Slovenia and France to place over 120 new benches.
“Today we signed two exclusive partnership agreements, one with Slovenian partner, PB & J Consulting for 50 benches and the other with French partner, Kirie electricite for 72 benches (exclusive for France, except for the Ile-de-France region where our partner Metropole Equipements are already),” Include said in a statement.
The news follows the announcement of new placements this month in Budva, Montenegro and in Chile.
Include has quickly become one of Europe’s leading producers of smart street furniture with over 855 smart benches already in 250 cities on 5 continents.
The company is also involved in many major ‘Smart City’ projects and late last year launched a brand new product – Monna cycling point – which is a solar-powered point with multiple functionalities – bike racks and electrical sockets for charging electric bicycles, bike repairing tools, wireless charging pad and charging ports for wired phones, night illumination and data collection.
CEO Mrvoš, who founded the company was a teenager over four years ago, was named on the Forbes annual 30 Under 30 list this year.
Last year, Include was named the fastest growing company of Central Europe in Rising Stars category by the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Programme after growing a massive 1950% in the last three years of business operations.
Currently, the smart benches, which are manufactured in Solin at their 2,000m2 facility, can be found in all corners of the world, including Croatia, Australia, Germany, Slovakia, Belgium, Denmark, Czech Republic, Hungary, USA, UK, Portugal, Qatar, Israel and Dubai.
