12th ZeGeVege festival set to take place in Zagreb

ZAGREB, 4 September 2019 – The 12th edition of the ZeGeVege festival of sustainable living is set to get underway in the Croatian capital.
Around 50,000 people are expected to visit this year’s festival which features 100 exhibitors stalls of healthy food, ecological and sustainable products and cosmetics which are not tested on animals, both from Croatia and abroad, cooking workshops and vegan product tasting.
The festival, which is the the biggest Veganmania event in the region, will be held on Friday, Sept 6, 2019 (from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and Saturday, Sept 7, 2019 (from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.) on Zagreb’s Trg Ban Jelacic.
ZeGeVege festival will also offer a range of vegetarian burgers, including the popular Beyond burger which is the world’s first plant-based burger.
At the end of the festival, all visitors are invited ZeGeVege After Party at The Beertija club starting at 11 pm. You can find out more details and the list of exhibitors at the festival on the official website.
