2014 Best Employers in Croatia Awards Presented

Croatia’s largest job search portal ‘MojPosao’ held its annual ‘Best Employers in Croatia’ awards recently….
Newcomers to the Croatian market since August, Swedish furniture giants IKEA took out the ‘Best Employer’ in the large company category. dm-drogerie markt and GRAWE Croatia came 2nd and 3rd respectively.
Rimac Automobili, the company behind the first electric supercar, won ‘Best Employer’ in the medium-sized company category, beating off Degordian advertising agency and logistics company DHL International, whilst Procter & Gamble were named the ‘Best Employer’ in the small company category, ahead of mobile game app developer Nanobit, and delivery service Rhea.
Moj Posao conducted a surveys among 3,000 employees who answered 80-item questionnaires which covered everything from working conditions, corporate communications, work organisation, to inter-staff relations.
