21-year-old from Zadar crowned new Miss Universe Croatia

ZAGREB, 13 March 2020 – 21-year-old Mirna Naiia Maric from Zadar has been crowned the new Miss Universe Croatia 2020 on Friday night in Zagreb.

The Miss Universe Croatia 2020 pageant was held without an audience for the first time at the HRT studios in the capital. 

Daria Matic from Split was the first runner-up, whilst the second runner-up was Andrea Erjavec from Perusic.

Maric, who is 177 cm tall, speaks fluent English and Italian and graduated from the School of Applied Arts and Design in Zadar.

Most of all she loves art and design as well as painting and drawing. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and going to the gym as well as spending time with family and friends.

Mirna will represent Croatia at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant later this year. She also receives a four-year scholarship to the Zagreb School of Economics and Management or MBA studies worth 20,000 euros.
