Croatia’s anti-corruption office USKOK have indicted the 364 people and firm for conspiracy to commit crime, bribery, abuse of office and incitement to abuse of official capacity. It is alleged that the pharmaceutical firm had been bribing doctors and pharmacists all over Croatia with such things as gifts, money and travel, in return for selling the company’s products between 2009 and 2012. Farmal is based in the northwestern Croatian town of Ludbreg.
