42 Croatia Airlines Cabin Crew Face Sack After Sick Leave Affair

42 cabin crew staff members at Croatia Airlines face the sack after Croatia Airlines board decided that it would take disciplinary action after 48 cabin crew members took ‘sick leave’ between 29 April and 2 May.

The board have come to the conclusion that 42 out of the 48 stewards and stewardesses who took ‘sick leave’ were on an ‘informal’ strike, reports Jutarnji list. Croatia Airlines were forced to cancel flights on 1 May when it lost 25% of its cabin crew due to sick leave.
