With the winter season upon us, its time to think about some magical winter weekend destinations to escape to in Croatia. Yes, we are talking about cozy cottages, cabins and houses hidden in the woods and covered with snow.

Snow covered mountain peaks in inland Croatia make for a magical time of year. Enjoy nature away from the hustle of the big towns by checking out some of these spots which are perfect for a weekend (or longer) getaway.
