Zagreb’s Electrocoin the 6th fastest-growing tech company in Central Europe

ZAGREB, 20 November 2020 – Six Croatian companies have made this the latest Deloitte list of the 50 fastest-growing technology companies in Central Europe.
Nine countries were represented in this year’s rankings, with Croatia taking up six places. Companies were ranked based on revenue growth over the four years from 2016 to 2019.
Zagreb-based Electrocoin, which deals with trading in cryptocurrencies and processing crypto payments, was ranked 6th on the list with a growth rate of 2617%.
Design and development agency Speck, also based in Zagreb, that delivers software, innovative apps, and digital experiences, was ranked in the 3rd in the rising star category with a growth rate of 1076%.
Other Croatian companies on the list were bazzar.hr, who was in 36th place with a growth rate of 695%, Agrivi in 39th with 640% growth, Include, who is behind the smart benches which have been a success around the globe, were 44th (549%) and Eco Mobile in 47th place with 530% growth rate.
This year’s new category “Stars of Positive Influence” featured three Croatian companies – Rimac Automobili, Infinum and Infobip.
First place in the 2020 ranking went to the Polish company Packhelp S.A., whose mission is to democratize access to custom branded packaging. Packhelp S.A connects small and medium businesses to a concept that’s all too often overlooked or left to the last minute – custom packaging.
Second place went to DoDo, the Czech company that uses the power of artificial intelligence in order to make the Last Mile easy and simplifies the life of customers and companies. DoDo is currently the technological leader with its data-driven solution and agile processes.
Third place in the ranking was awarded to the Czech UlovDomov.cz, an online marketplace for apartment rentals, which aggregates listings on an intuitive map-based interface.
Deloitte Technology Fast 50 in Central Europe is a programme that recognises and profiles fast-growing technology companies in the region. The programme, which is now in its 21st year, ranks the 50 fastest growing public or private technology companies for its rapid revenue growth, entrepreneurial spirit, and bold innovation.
