Today’s saying:
svako svoga konja hvali
English: The saying svako svoga konja hvali is an old folk saying to sum up those who always think their own is the best. They will not admit if something else is better. Now, this can range from anything such as one saying his town, village, football team, potatoes, homemade wine, car, country, or anything for that matter is the best. The literal translation is ‘Everyone praises his own horse’.
