Mi o vuku, a vuk na vrata
The saying Mi o vuku, a vuk na vrata is the Croatian equivalent of ‘speak of the devil’…to be talking about someone, who then will appear.
The literal translation of the phrase is – While we are talking about the wolf, the wolf is at the door.
