Unfinished Facade? 3,000 Kuna Fine Thanks

A new law is to be proposed in Croatia which will see home owners with unfinished facades fined up to a maximum of 3,000 kunas (400 euros), reports dnevnik.hr.

The proposal will be put before parliament for consideration and may put thousands of home owners in a panic if it is passed into law with the abundance of unfinished facades scattered along Croatia’s Dalmatian coast. One fine per month up to a maximum of 3,000 kunas is being proposed.
