Celebrity TV chef Gordon Ramsay discovered Croatia and Croatian cuisine last summer whilst filming his National Geographic series Gordon Ramsay: Uncharted.
Ramsay ventured around Croatia’s Istria peninsula discovering local delights like truffles and black risotto.
The show has aired already but whilst he was in Croatia he also decided to shoot some recipes for his own YouTube channel for Ramsay around the world.
After making a scrambled egg and truffle breakfast sandwich which he posted a couple of months back, the Scottish-born chef decided to cook up a Croatian Stew in under 15 minutes and posted it this weekend on his channel.
“Inspired by the local dish Brudet, Gordon’s taking all the ingredients he’s caught while discovering this beautiful country.”
