Fool around on the Oleander terrace and enjoy the happiest holidays of the year
Holidays bring joy as we share this beautiful time with our friends and family and finally have a chance to relax and rest. No wonder we cannot wait for them to come. Fuliranje is already getting ready to host people of goodwill in the mood for good entertainment, positivity, and “chin-chin” in the best possible company.
If you are a “last-minute person” still shopping for presents, we are waiting for you at Rakijarnica with delicious panettones, at the Fuliranje corner with an offer of small gifts that will warm up your heart, and the Photo Boothique with original ideas for presents. And sometimes, the best present is to take someone close to your heart with you and have a great time at Fuliranje and make happy memories perpetuated in a playful photo.
On Friday, December 24, starting from 11, Ozren Kanceljak Kanca will be in charge of the happiest Christmas Eve party in town. His dance beats will take us on a journey around the world. The event will be a music potpourri of African waves, Latino beats, rock’n’roll, new wave, and disco. Brass Kvintet Schoenkopf will take over in the early afternoon, between 2 and 3 p.m., by joining their academic breaths and fingers to perform Christmas carols. They will take turns with Kanca until 5 p.m., when DJ Jazzozo will take over and steer the wheel until 10 p.m. From 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., our master chefs will have their usual offer, but also real treats:
Taika will await with its sea kingdom with prawns, salmon, and scallops, while Good Kut will have squids as an addition to its usual offer. Those who favour stews and soups can go to the Esplanade stand and enjoy cod in Bianco and codfish stew. Restač has prepared irresistible tuna steaks, codfish pates, and oysters for seafood connoisseurs.
And while you are there, try a special surprise: TAČ fritters prepared according to Ms. Vesna Miletić’s recipe. These fritters found their place in the Michelin Christmas edition of traditional Christmas cakes. And if you are trying to stay fit, come to Fuliranje on Christmas Day, December 25, and dance to the beats of DJ Stanko Bondža, who will be there for you from 5 till 10 p.m. And the whole celebration will last until 11 p.m.
And not to mention New Year’s Eve. On December 31, we will be parting from 2021 starting from 11 a.m. with a broom, songs, good vibrations, and dance until 1 p.m. Then, new forces will join us – Ljetno kino live, followed by DJ Škrinjica as a mellow intro to the New Year’s. Robert Mareković will take over from 7 p.m., taking us closer to the New 2022 with his greatest hits and the most popular songs that can only make you smile.
Apart from already publicized delicacies of 12 food stands (like sausages, sandwiches, burgers, croquettes, and plant-based specialties), you will get a chance to enjoy plenty of warm drinks. Combos of gin or rakija and various teas, punches, mulled wine, and 40 different types of rakija, Christmas cocktails, and, of course, sparkling wines and champagnes – take your pick.
We will be greeting the New Year until 1 a.m. There is nothing more to be said apart from the motivating words of Brad Parsley: Tomorrow, you will open the first of 365 blank pages in your book, so do your best to fill it in with new beginnings, good deeds, and positive thoughts.
The entrance to Fuliranje is possible solely with COVID passports.
