Most beautiful Croatian in folk costume abroad: Meet the candidates

Women of Croatian origin from all over the world will compete for the title of the Most Beautiful Croatian in National Folk Costume Outside of Croatia in July.
The pageant, organised by the Stećak Association and now in its 9th year, is aimed at connecting Croatians from all over the world, as well as preserving and promoting traditional Croatian culture.
Women of Croatian origin from Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Poland, Serbia, Montenegro and Venezuela will take part this year.
The rules state that contestants need to be between 18 and 32 years of age, of Croatian origin, and must wear the folk costume from the place where they or their ancestors originate from.
This year’s event, which will be held again in Tomislavgrad, Bosnia and Herzegovina, will take place from 4-9 July 2022.
Most Beautiful Croatian in National Folk Costume Outside of Croatia Candidates:
The candidates will be presented on the Stećak Facebook page, where everyone can vote for their favourite. The girl who gets the most votes will be declared the most photogenic and will receive a replica of the traditional jewellery of the Croats of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
