Since opening its first outlet in 2014 in Zagreb, Submarine has become the most successful burger chain in Croatia.
Submarine now has 13 outlets across Croatia and recently expanded into the European market for the first time with an outlet in the capital of Romania, Bucharest.
Co-founded by Dragoljub Bozović and Aleksandar Lazinica, Submarine is known for using natural, organic, local, and homemade ingredients.

They were recently listed in the Financial Times as one of the 1000 fastest-growing companies in Europe, and included in Big7Travel.com’s list of 50 best burgers in the world.
Submarine plans to open four more outlets soon in Croatia and also in another European country. The company aim is to become the leading premium burger chain in south-east Europe.
