Dinamo Zagreb to face Milan, Chelsea, Salzburg in Champions League group

Dinamo Zagreb has learned their group opponents for this season’s UEFA Champions League after the draw was made today in Istanbul.
32 teams were drawn into eight groups of four, with the Croatian champions starting the draw in Pot 4.
Dinamo were drawn in Group E alongside AC Milan, Chelsea and Salzburg.
Dinamo Zagreb qualified for this season’s competition after beating Norwegian club Bodø/Glimt 4-2 on aggregate in the playoff.
The Croatian champions are playing in the Champions League for the 8th time.

Group stage dates:
6-7 September 2022: Matchday 1
13-14 September 2022: Matchday 2
4-5 October 2022: Matchday 3
11-12 October 2022: Matchday 4
25-26 October 2022: Matchday 5
1-2 November 2022: Matchday 6
Round of 16 draw: 7 November
The final will be played in Istanbul at the Ataturk Olympic Stadium on 10 June 2023.
