Vegeta, the most famous Croatian export, is used by renowned American chef for preparing his culinary specialties.
At the well-known BLT Prime Steakhouse in New York City, celebrity chef Cliff Crooks prepared several dishes with Vegeta – the most popular Croatian food seasoning – in front of the cameras.
The coverage of this event was featured on the TV show “Taste of New York,” broadcasted on the NY1 channel.
Crooks, who has a preference for Mediterranean cuisine, highlighted how Vegeta refreshes the flavours and aromas of every dish with its blend of dried vegetables and herbs.
He expressed his enthusiasm for the freshness and well-balanced ingredients of Vegeta, which enhance the taste of each dish and add the harmonious flavour known as Umami.
