[VIDEO] Osijek Youth Too Good For Patrick Vieira’s Manchester City

The new manager of the reserves squad at Premier League club Manchester City, known as the Elite Development Squad, Patrick Vieira, says that he is happy despite losing their first match on their pre-season tour of Croatia.
“Winning is not our priority yet, our priority is to get the players fit and to get them to the level I know they can be,” said Vieira in the Istrian town of Novigrad after yesterday’s 1:0 loss to a youth selection from the eastern city of Osijek. Osijek’s goal came in the 90th minute via Benedik Mioc. The next match in Croatia is on Friday for Vieira’s side.
