Noel: Zagreb’s only Michelin star restaurant opening a burger bar in city centre

After we wrote recently that you can now order daily dishes from Zagreb’s only Michelin-starred restaurant, Noel has announced that they will soon be opening a burger bar.
Zagreb’s first and only restaurant with a Michelin star has confirmed it is set to expand and open a burger bar in early November at a new location on Iblerov Square in Zagreb.
Just like in the restaurant, Noel’s burger bar will focus on dishes made from the finest ingredients.
“It will be simple, a few types of burgers, fries, and drinks. The concept is ‘burgers to go,’ but there will also be a few tables where guests can enjoy their burger made from the highest-quality ingredients, just like everything else at Noel,” Noel told Dobra hrana.
Noel restaurant was awarded its Michelin star back in 2019 and is one of Zagreb’s best restaurants.

The other Croatian restaurants with Michelin stars are Korak (Jastrebarsko), Pelegrini (Šibenik), 360º (Dubrovnik), Monte (Rovinj), Draga di Lovrana (Lovran), Boškinac (Novalja), LD Restaurant (Korčula), Nebo (Rijeka), Alfred Keller (Mali Lošinj), and Agli Amici (Rovinj).
