8 restaurants with best steaks in Croatia in 2023

Although there is an increasing availability of top-notch steaks in Croatia, true steakhouse establishments are still relatively scarce. 

For this reason, popular gastro portal Kult Plave Kamenice has expanded its list of the best places for steaks in the country, including a fine dining establishment that specialises in dry-aged beef.

“The good news, in any case, is that more and more restaurants are grilling Japanese Wagyu, a meat with an unparalleled texture and flavour, which, just like caviar, does not adhere to the principles of local and seasonal sourcing because it cannot be substituted with any local product,” they said.
