Croatain Multiplex Cinema Signs Deal For 4D Technology

Croatia’s largest multiplex cinema Blitz-CineStar has signed an agreement with the global initiator of four-dimensional cinema technology, South Korea’s CJ 4Dplex, which will see technology used to watch films in 4D come to a number of cinemas in Croatia.
Blit-CineStar will join 56 4D cinema theatres around the world when it implements the new technology at selected cinemas in Croatia. Blitz-CineStar currently has 12 multiplex cinemas with 83 movie theatres and 14,377 seats.Blitz-CineStar continuously invests in the installation of the most modern technology in their multiplexes, which are fitted in accordance with the latest international standards.
Blitz-CineStar was the first in the region to introduce digital 3D technology, eXtreme halls, Auro 11.1 3D sound, Imax and Gold Class formats. 4D is another special cinematic experience that will please our customers and provide an extra dose of exclusivity and excitement,” said Blitz-CineStar board member Damir Milinic.
