Technological Park Dračevac, the largest tech park in Croatia, has opened this week in the city of Split.
Spanning 17,500 square metres, the park features office spaces for entrepreneurs, a conference centre with four halls, meeting rooms, a Smart City and 3D laboratory, as well as various amenities including cafes, restaurants, a fitness centre, a shop, and a daycare centre.
The impressive facility is set to become home to hundreds of new entrepreneurs, heralding a new era of technological advancement.
The park will accommodate small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as start-ups. This will commence in October, following a public call for applications from those seeking workspace within the park.
Entrepreneurs will benefit from comprehensive business logistics as well as social infrastructure – including restaurants, recreational areas, and a daycare centre.
Currently, the park is hosting Open Days for entrepreneurs interested in becoming users of the newly inaugurated Split Technological Park, running from 24th July to 23rd August.
During this period, interested parties can explore the park’s offerings and register their interest here.
Future users will have access to a coworking zone with 52 workstations, 14 equipped incubation offices for start-ups up to five years old, and 51 office units for micro, small, and medium-sized businesses.
