Best speciality coffee café in Croatia named

The Marscecchia Coffee Shop in Rijeka has been named the best speciality café in Croatia by the magazine European Coffee Trip.
This publication focuses solely on coffee-related topics, and each year it hosts the European Coffee Trip Awards, which recognise the best speciality coffee shops in Europe.
They also have an app through which users can vote for their favourite speciality café, and Marscecchia from Rijeka received the most votes in Croatia.

“We’re thrilled to share the news that Marscecchia has been named the best speciality café in Croatia as part of the European Coffee Trip Awards 2024! Marscecchia Specialty Coffee Shop opened its doors at the end of 2022 at the address Šime Ljubića 4a, founded by renowned barista Luka Panović.

The charmingly decorated café quickly became a big hit among the people of Rijeka, and it remains popular today, nearly two years later.
When it opened it was the first speciality café in Rijeka.

In addition to serving excellent coffee, they also sell coffee beans for home brewing and offer a range of other beverages.
