Croatian couple creates award-winning distillery in under two years

A Croatian couple, Goran and Dora Kovačić, achieved remarkable success on the international stage by winning an impressive 13 gold medals and one silver for their entire range of products – just under two years after launching their brand.

The prestigious Polish event, the Warsaw Spirits Competition, awarded an extraordinary number of accolades to their Croatian brand, Wise Grus.

Their offerings, infused with Croatian tradition and family recipes, have so far won around 40 awards, affirming their excellence and high quality.

Thanks to a production process conducted in collaboration with a distinguished team from the Faculty of Agriculture and skilled enologists, their products embody a fusion of authentic flavors and an innovative approach.

Although a young distillery, Wise Grus has quickly entered high circles with major strides.
