Croatian IT company Media-Soft, based in the northern city of Čakovec, has been named one fo the world’s leading pharmaceutical software solutions companies by global research and analysis house IDC Health Insights.

IDC Health Insights listed Media-Soft as the ‘main player’ in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) sector of pharmaceutical software solutions in the world in their latest IDC MarketScape report which follows trends in the industry. The Croatian IT Company was formed in 1996 and specialises in pharmaceutical software solutions, with over 40 leading pharmaceutical companies, such as Bayer, Pfizer, Roche and GlaxoSmithKline, using their products. Media-Soft products are used in 4 continents in over 45 countries.
