Croatians Shine at British Invention Show

Croatian innovators have shone at the 13th British Invention Show, which was held in London over the weekend, picking up 13 awards.
Croatian innovators and entrepreneurs beat a number of European and Asian participants to win 1 platinum, 2 special ‘Double Gold’ awards, 7 golds, 2 silver and one bronze medal.
The most succesful Croatian exhibitors were Ivana and Roberto Legović, whose ‘Detox-Destress Lavander’ ritual cream won a platinum and gold medal. Gold Medals were also awarded for Jurica Mavrović and Slavko Lauš’s ‘Nesu Smart Phone Card’, with talk also that they are about to announce distribution in British retail chains shortly. Drago Cosić won a bronze medal for his ‘Fuel and flammable mixture that is used as a substitute for fossil fuels in coal-fired power plants and industrial furnaces for heating’. Jana Žiljak Vujić, Vilko Žiljak, Klaudio Pap, Ivana Stanimirović Žiljak and the Zagreb Technical University team Zagreb were also amongst award winners at the London fair.
