The Eurocopter EC135 P2+ was made in 2008 and has only been in the air for 20 hours, it has a capacity to carry seven people and comes equipped with extra features such as thermal imaging cameras and stretchers to carry injured passengers. The helicopter, the second purchase this year by MUP, will be used by the Croatian police.
“These helicopters will be used for traffic control, and will also assist victims of traffic accidents,” said the director general of police Vlado Dominić.
