The only to Croatian city to make the list of 193 countries was the capital Zagreb, which came in at number 131 on the list. Zagreb’s low ranking was based on estimates that renting an 85 square metre apartment on average costs 550 euros per month, while men’s haircuts cost 6 euro on average. The same things in London were several times more expensive, with apartment rental for something the same size as in Zagreb going for 3,000 euros on average and a men’s haircut on average costing 20 euros.
