Generosity Still Alive as Local Offers 7-Day Free Holiday in Dubrovnik

A Facebook post yesterday from Croatian Siniša Meštrić proves that there still are some kind-hearted people out there…
Meštrić is offering a 7-day all expenses paid holiday in Dubrovnik in September, with food, accommodation and transport all taken care of. The generous Croat says that only families with extreme financial difficulties will be considered, with those with small children, especially those with bronchial problems, at an advantage to be granted the free holiday.
“I am posting this on my wall so if any of my friends has a suggestion, I hope this ‘action’ can go to a higher level…for example, maybe with the renters association so that all their apartments, rooms could be given to those who can not afford them for one week in the post-season.”
All applications and suggestions can be sent to either Siniša’s inbox, or to his email address: [email protected] So far more than 180 people have shared his gesture.
