Up to 30 centimetres of snow is forecast to fall on Sunday in parts of Croatia, as the country braces itself for a bitterly cold end to the year. From Monday until New Year’s Eve, temperatures around the country, including along the coast, will drop well below zero. Central Croatia and the Slavonia region will see temperatures fall to around -10°C overnight tomorrow, with between 20-30cm of snow forecast to fall. Cyclone Ines will bring snowstorms and strong easterly winds to large parts of continental Croatia will temperatures struggling to reach zero during the day.
