A Croatian theatre producer has taken over directorship of two London theatres…
Berislav Juraić was named the director of the 400-seat capacity Secombe Theatre and the 100-seat Charles Cryer Studio Theatre in London after a four-month process. Juraić and theatre performer Micha Colombo will take over the running of the theatre for a period of 10 years from 1 April 2015.
“Our intention is to add to the present local programme with a quality professional programme that will include classical and contemporary texts, dance and a new circus. Today we start with preparations for our first season which will start in October 2015. I hope to have the opportunity to cooperate also with Croatian artists, “said the new director.
