Next ‘Luka Modrić’ Signs Professional Contract With Dinamo Zagreb

Croatian champions Dinamo Zagreb have signed who many are calling the next Luka Modrić…
Bojan Knežević was unveiled by the club after signing a long-term contract today. The 18-year-old midfielder comes with huge wraps after spending the last five years at the club’s famous youth academy. Staff say that Knežević is one of the most talented players at he academy and has already made his first team debut.
Knežević, has represented Croatia at youth level, says he is happy to finally be signed by the club.
“I am very happy and I don’t know what to say at all. Dinamo is our biggest club, the conditions are top class and it is up to us to work hard and get into the first team, which is the wish of every player at the academy,” said Knežević, who arrived at the academy as a 13-year-old from the town of Bjelovar.
“Bojan is one of the players that we have known for many years that he has potential to become a quality player so I am not surprised he has signed a professional contract,” said academy coach Marijan Vlak. (photo / GNK Dinamo)
