The search for the best BBQ chef in Croatia is underway…
The 4th Croatian BBQ Championships was officially opened by the President of Croatia last week in the central town of Križevci, and will continue for the next seven weekends until the winner is crowned in the capital in June.
The Croatian BBQ Championships travels around the country with the competition open to all citizens over the age of 18 who fancy themselves behind the BBQ. A full entertainment programme, include concerts and activities for the kids, accompanies the Championships when they are in town.
Six winning teams from the regional competitions will battle it out in the final in Zagreb. A panel of expert judges will decide the winners.
