Adriatic Coastal Property Asking Prices Rise in June – Down Annually

Asking prices in the capital Zagreb dropped 0.3% in June from the month prior, and were down 3% on the year. The average asking price for an apartment in Zagreb in June was 1,574 euros per square metre.

Real estate asking price for houses on the Adriatic coast also fell 3% over the last 12 months, but were up 2.4% in June from May.

Apartment asking prices on the Adriatic coast had dropped 4.2% over the last year, but had risen more than 5% in June from May. The average asking price for a house on the Adriatic coast in June was 1,596 euros per square metre, while apartments were 1,993 euros per square metre.

According the most recent data, the average asking price in June in Split for an apartment was 2,184 euros per square metre. In Rijeka it was 1,466 euros and 1,926 in Zadar.
