Two electric mini-buses, worth 1.4 million kuna (185,000 euros), were presented in Koprivnica on Thursday. The town administration have acquired the buses via European project Civitas Dyn@mo, and become the first town in the country to receive electric buses for public transport use.
The mini-buses, which will be used for public transport in the town, have a battery life of 140 kilometres and can reach speeds of up to 60 kilometres per hour. The mini-buses have 14 seats.

The buses were manufactured by Croatian firm Dok-Ing, who are one of the leading companies in the region for producing unmanned multi-purpose vehicles. Dok Ing also developed their own small electric city car called the XD.
