Seaplane Flights From Downtown Split Harbour Start

It is a big day today in Croatia for seaplane operator European Coastal Airlines…
Flights to and from ECA’s new Split port base, which located next to the terminal building, started on Monday. Getting connected to the Croatian islands from the heart of Split just got a whole lot simpler today. For example a short 12 minute flight will get you from downtown Split to the island of Hvar. ECA have this month also launched flights to the island of Lastovo and plan to connect all Croatian islands in the future.
When ECA first launched last August, they flew to and from Resnik only in Split, which was a bit out of town near Split airport.
