Food Network Filming in Istria

Irish food writer, cook and television personality Donal Skehan has paid a visit to Istria last week to film an episode for his show which airs on the Food Network…
Skehan, who has over 3 million YouTube followers, will present Istria’s beauty as well as its rich cuisine offerings in the second season of his Food Network show ‘Follow Donal’. Skehan will introduce cuisine in the second season of the show from Budapest, Krakow, Lisbon, Amsterdam, Istanbul, San Sebastian, Stockholm, Puglia and Istria.
During his stay Skehan went fishing, learnt how to prepare black risotto, got introduce to the traditional Istrian pasta Fuži, and went truffle hunting amongst other things. The show will air in 2016.
