If you want to live on the most expensive street in America then you would need to fork out over 20 million dollars for your home. In Croatia you won’t need to dig as deep into your pocket to afford yourself real estate on the nation’s most expensive street…
Whilst the average square-metre price for real estate in the capital Zagreb is around 1,500 euros, to afford a spot on the most expensive streets you would need to be prepared to spend up to 10,000 euros per square-metre – more than 10 times less than in Hong Kong or London’s most expensive streets.
The most expensive street in Croatia is not in the capital, but in the popular coastal city of Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik’s main Stradun street is in number one spot according to a report by Dnevnik.hr.
