First Raw Food Restaurant Opens in Pula

More and more vegetarian eateries are popping up around Croatia these days…
At the tip of Croatia’s Istrian Peninsula in Pula two friends have opened up the first ‘raw food’ restaurant in the Istria region.
Every day Shanti offers a new menu made up such things as cream soups, pastas, kus-kus, pizzas, vegetables , side dishes and desserts. There are always three to four different varieties of salads on offer also, and raw bread and seasme seed crackers. In addition to delicious food, Shanti also promotes healthy living and plant to hold raw food workshops, meditation and lectures related to a healthy living and spirituality development in the near future.
