First Croatian Smart TV to Launch Next Month

M SAN have announced that they will launching the first ever Croatian smart TV, which will Android-based, in April which customers will be able to control via their mobile phones. M SAN will release 32 and 42 inch diagonal screen smart TVs onto the market next month, Poslovni Dnevnik reported.
To be able to launch the new product on the market the company has invested 4.48 million kuna in upgrading their television factory on the outskirts of Zagreb. The new LED TV production line has a capacity to roll out 180,000 TVs a year.
Marijan Janko, Head of Quality at M SAN, says that their aim is to expand with new products to European markets. In Croatia M SAN already have 15% share of the LED TV market.
“Vivax televisions meet all quality requirements and are in line with EU standards,” said Janko.
Katarina Halar, Product Manager at Vivax, says that in the last three years there has been an increase in the range of production on TVs from 22 to 48 inches.
“This year we will expand the production and also on the larger 55 and 65 inch screens,” says Halar.
