New Tourist Attraction on the Island of Krk

A new tourist attraction for the island of Krk as the new ‘Sculpture Park’ opened in Dunat…

The Sculpture Park is the handiwork of the Arteco Association from Orinovac near the eastern town of Slavonski Brod, who have from collected wood creating artistic objects. The sculptures are made from wood from vines, olive wood and driftwood.

The travelling park is currently on the island of Krk and will be there in Dunat for the duration of the summer until the middle of September.

Local artists will join in and create new sculptures for the park over the coming months.

The associations motto is ‘The art of living with nature’, and their basic goal is the promotion, development, and preservation of cultural heritage and customs.
