Croatia Names Squad for Kosovo & Finland World Cup Qualifiers

Croatia’s football coach Ante Čačić has named his squad for upcoming 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Kosovo and Finland today…

There were no surprises in Čačić’s squad as Croatia’s 2018 FIFA World Cup qualifying campaign resumes again next week. On 6 October, Croatia visits Shkoder to play Kosovo, and three days later faces Finland in Tampere.

Čačić has decided against any major changes that faced Turkey in Zagreb (1:1) in September. Youngsters Marko Rog and Ante Ćorić have been made available for the Croatia U-21 team who face an important Euro qualifier.

The squad will assemble in Zagreb on Monday before tavelling to Tirana for Thursday’s match at Loro Borici Stadium (20:45 CET). On Friday the side will then traves to Finland to play the hosts at Tampere Stadium (18:00 CET) on 9 October.
