Last week the world’s first discovery yacht, built by Croatian shipyard Uljanik in Pula, was launched into the sea.
The luxury cruise ship – Scenic Eclipse – is designed to sail anywhere in the world with the latest innovations in naval design and technology for exploration in extreme environments, such as the Arctic and Antarctic coasts and the seabed.
Scenic Eclipse is 165.70 meters long and 21.50 meters wide and can accommodate over 200 passengers.

Scenic Eclipse has a number of luxury features, including a platform for helicopters, submarine for seven people, a theater with 240 seats, a heated pool, gym, spa, jacuzzi, six restaurants, bars, room for Pilates and hundreds of apartments.
The construction process at Uljanik shipyard in Pula was captured in a fantastic timelapse published by N.O. Production Videography.
More than 750,000 photos, 279 days of shooting, 8TB of data and 5 cameras all combined into 4 minutes.
