The Croatian capital is about to get a new €40 million business centre.
The Matrix Office Park, the newest GTC Group project in Croatia, will be located at the intersection of Slavonska Avenue, Heinzelova Street, and Radnička Street in Zagreb.
Matrix Office Park is set to be open next year with both commercial buildings having a surface of over 20,000 m 2, 272 parking spaces, wardrobes, showers, and a parking space for bicycles, investors said on Tuesday in Zagreb as the centre was presented.

The buildings are designed in accordance with the LEED Gold Certification with an energy efficiency rating of with A+.

“Apart from a convenient location, the Matrix Office Park can also offer an excellent connection with numerous roads and key locations.
