Gorski Kotar Castle to Host Harry Potter-Inspired Secret of the School of Magic

Something for Harry Potter fans in the mountainous region of Gorski Kotar next weekend.
From 14-16 September, the stunning Stara Sušica castle in Gorski Kotar will be the scene of a live-action role-playing game inspired by Harry Potter, Harry Dresden, Peter Grant and other urban fantasy wizards with more than a pinch of Slavic mythology thrown in.
The event is organised by The Terrible Creations and the Ministarstvo Magije Hrvatska (Ministry of Magic Croatia).
“An epic magical struggle between good and evil. You’ll find yourself immersed in a live action role-playing game in which you will have to use your wits, skills and magic to solve numerous mysteries and overcome challenges that will stand in your way. But fear not! Your magic wand and spells await you, along with a story you will help create and tell by your decisions and actions,” organisers said.

The castle is located around 65 kilometers from Rijeka and 105 kilometers from Zagreb.
