Two top Croatian mixed martial art fighters had victories on the weekend in Europe’s largest MMA promotion.
Roberto Soldić and Antun Račić both fought on the card at KSW 46 on Saturday, 1 December in Gliwice, Poland at a sold-out Arena Gliwice in Gliwice, Poland. 15,000 packed the venue and witnessed Soldić land a huge first-round knockout win over Brazilian Vinicius Bohrer.
Soldić, who is the current KSW welterweight champion, became the first person in over a decade to KO the tough Brazilian and now the 23-year-old has 13 career wins via KO.
Earlier in the night, Račić looked very solid in his unanimous decision win over Polish prospect Sebastian Przybysz. Racic, who is now 3-0 in KSW, then called for a shot for the inaugural bantamweight title in 2019 for his next fight.
Both Soldić and Račić train together at the UFD Gym in Dusseldorf Germany which is owned by Croatian brothers Ivan & Tomi Dijakovic.
