ŠIBENIK, 20 December 2018 – Earlier this year Michelin awarded two more restaurants in Croatia with a Michelin Star.

In March, Michelin confirmed that Pelegrini in Šibenik and Restaurant 360 in Dubrovnik would join Monte in Rovinj as the only restaurants in Croatia to receive the honour of a Michelin Star.

Today, the restaurant’s head chef Rudolf Štefan was presented with the Michelin Star plaque, officially making it a Michelin Star restaurant.

Pelegrini, which is located in the centre of Šibenik with a beautiful view over St. Jacobs Cathedral, has been at the very top of Croatia’s gastro scene. It was named Croatian Restaurant of the Year for the last three years in a row.

This restaurant, settled in the middle of the historical town of Šibenik, offers a beautiful view over the St. Jacobs Cathedral.
