The world’s top male and female skiers will once again gather in Zagreb for the Audi FIS Ski World Cup “Snow Queen Trophy” 2019, which will take place on 5 and 6 January 2019.
Both Zagreb and Sljeme are in the final stages of preparation to be fully ready for yet another exceptional sporting event, with the FIS control committee inspecting the course and giving the green light on Wednesday for the race to go ahead.
Every year, Sljeme welcomes 150 of the world’s top male and female slalom skiers and more than 400 crew members from around 25 countries on four different continents.
Moreover, the races are covered by the media from around the world, with around 500 Croatian and international reporters and photographers regularly accredited for the races.
The ladies’ slalom race will take place on Saturday, 5 January, with the first run starting at 1 pm and the second run at 4:00 pm. The men’s slalom will be held on Sunday, 6 January with the first run at 12:15 pm and the second run at 3:30 pm.
Tickets for the Audi FIS Ski World Cup “Snow Queen Trophy” 2019 races on Sljeme can be purchased via the online ticketing system www.ulaznice.hr.
Tickets for the ladies’ race are now 30 kuna for adults and 15 kuna for children between 7 and 15 years of age. Tickets for the men’s races are priced at 50 kuna for adults and 25 kuna for children between 7 and 15 years of age.
The tickets for the ladies’ and men’s slalom races include bus transport from Mihaljevac and from Stubičke Toplice to Sljeme, entertainment programme with DJ’s performance, as well as the free food and refreshment. Click here for more details.
