Croatia Airlines breaks all-time passenger record

ZAGREB, 9 January 2019 – Croatia Airlines has broken its all-time passenger record.
In 2018, Croatia Airlines transported 2.17 million passengers, the most it ever has done in a single year since the company began commercial flights back in 1992, the airline announced today.
1.64 million passengers were recorded on international flights with 526,578 passengers on the airlines domestic flights in 2018. The 2.17 million passengers was 2% more than in 2017.
The airline set another record in 2018 when in May it transported 214,000 passengers, the most ever in May in the company’s history.
In 2018, the company reached the milestone of transporting 2 million passengers 16 days earlier than 2017.
Last year the airline launched new services to Dublin and Mostar as well as Dubrovnik – Munich and Split – Copenhagen flights.
